This project is a trussless (K-span) roofing structure which is steel structure for an Industrial Shed of built-up area: 19376 sq.ft .We were principle designer for Architectural as well as structural design for this project. Major challenge for this project design was high wind loads- wind speed being 49 m/sec. Site being situated in hilly area with lot of open space around and wind mills around, wind speed was major concern. We are glad to tell that we have successfully designed structure for such high wind speed that too with optimum design. Along with that we have also provided a project management facility for this particular project, which involved project invigilation, procurement management, activity planning and site execution monitoring. We ensured the timely completion of project with best quality maintenance.
We have been specialized in structural design of Trussless structures, which is been vital importance in Industrial sheds, function halls, Godowns etc. These are structures with unique concept of self supportingroofing technology which offers longer spans and no vertical obstructions as functionality point of view or aesthetic point of view. Additionally these kind of structures offers greater time and cost benefits.We have provided such designs for more than 37 projects across Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Delhi and Nepal. To name the few: Gorkha Steel Factory at Nepal,Lily Metacraft Ind Pvt. Ltd. at Khopoli, Narayani Steel Factory at Nepal, Meckmills Pvt. Ltd at Kerala.
We have provided Structural Design for type ‘AAA’ currency chest in IDBI bank, Satara. Being one of its unique types, such projects have different set of requirements other than our normal structural designs. We are glad to complete such momentous project successfully which involvessuch a higher sense of responsibility.
We are honored to work with Department of Animal Husbandry, Government of Maharashtra, India on this momentous project as this project is seventh of its kind in India and third of its kind in India for Animal Husbandry. We are architectural consultant for Biosafety level –III laboratory for disease investigation section, Department of Animal Husbandry,Pune, Government of Maharashtra, India. Such projects involves research based works on diseases and hence are ofutmost importance when it comes to contamination related safety, hence requires specific set of requirements for its design.
We have been consultant for structural designs of ESR sunder Unnat Bharat Abhiyan. We have provided structural design for 3 such round shaped reservoirs of capacities 1,00,000 liter each.
We have provided structural design for under ground sump tank of huge capacity i.e. 6,50,000 liter capacity. This tank is of such huge capacity andis being situated very close toKhadakwasladam; major challenge was to design the tank for large uplift pressure exerted by underground water pressure. Our engineering experts have solved this problem using anchor bolt support system. This project was an exacting challenge for our engineersand we are glad to overcome the same with our great engineering skills.
